The Waimānalo Regenerative Hub, in partnership with Vibrant Hawaiʻi, is building an integrated model of community wellness that bridges wellbeing, food systems, education, and resilience.

By combining preventive wellbeing, regenerative food systems, and community partnerships, the initiative advances a more connected and more resilient Hawaiʻi.

Training & Workforce Development
A regional training hub for nonprofits, and community volunteers.

Food is Medicine & Social Determinants of Health
Recognizing that health is shaped by more than medical care alone, we focus on the Social Determinants of Health (SDOH).
We connect individuals with nutrition education, healthy food access, local agriculture, regenerative food systems, and community wellness resources that support long-term health and resilience.
Education & Prevention Workshops
We recruit and nurture individuals across key resilience areas:
American Heart Association Educational Hub in collaboration with Voyaging Foods is conducting workshops, workforce development, and health prevention programs.
Community Partnerships & Collaboration
We work together with local organizations, farms, businesses, and volunteers to build a resilient regional network that strengthens health, food systems, education, and long-term recovery across our community.
